Shipping to New Zealand:

  • Free tracked shipping on all New Zealand orders over $40.00
  • $6.00 tracked shipping for non qualifying orders.

Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery.

Shipping to Australia:

  • Free tracked shipping on orders over $140.00
  • $25.00 tracked shipping on non qualifying orders.

Please allow 3 – 7 working days for delivery on Australian orders.

Rest of world:

Sorry, we currently do not ship anywhere outside of New Zealand and Australia.

The Seventh Heaven cannot be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or courier companies.

If you experience any delays with your order, you can track it via the tracking number provided during dispatch or you can contact us here and we will be more than happy to help.


We want you to love your jewellery! However, in the unlikely event that you change your mind on an item or you receive a faulty product please follow the below directions:

Change of Mind

If you change your mind on an item and the item has not yet been dispatched, send us an email here with the Subject Line ‘Urgent Order Change’, we cannot guarantee that it is caught in time as there may be a slight delay between dispatch and your dispatch notification email. However, we will do our best to ensure the item change for you.

If the item has been delivered to you, you have 14 days after delivery to return the product. We will be happy to exchange the item for another product or size. In the event that the product or size is unavailable we will exchange the product for store credit. Please be sure to contact us prior to returning and we will send you shipping details.

We recommend sending the item back via Tracked shipping, and ask that you email us prior to returning the product. You can contact us via our contact form here. The Seventh Heaven does not accept responsibility for items lost in the process of returning to us. Please note that return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for piercings.

All items must be returned in original condition, with all packaging, tags and labels intact and the item unused.

Sale items are excluded from this policy.

Faulty item

We’re sorry to hear that your item is faulty!

Please send us an email here as soon as possible describing the fault. We will then provide you with a returns address and ask you to send the item via tracked shipping back to us. We will refund the return shipping cost and the amount you paid at so please attach a copy of your receipt also.

We’re sorry but we cannot refund your return shipping costs if no receipt is provided.
